Who to write to

Chat with us only appears when chat is available. If you do not see it, write by email.
The Contact page also lists the policies and shows the App version you are running.
What to include
Section titled “What to include”A good message lets support help you in one reply. Include:
- The email address of your account.
- What you did, what you expected and what happened instead.
- The message the app showed, copied word for word.
- A link to the transcript, if the problem is about one file. Copy it from your browser’s address bar.
- The App version from the Contact page, and the browser you use.
Refunds
Section titled “Refunds”Your first payment for Unlimited has a 30-day money-back guarantee. To ask for a refund, email [email protected] from the address on your account and say which payment it is about. The Refund Policy is the authority on what is covered. A summary is in Plans and billing.
Change your email address
Section titled “Change your email address”The Email field in Settings, Account is read-only. To change the address, contact support.
Suspended account or paused uploads
Section titled “Suspended account or paused uploads”If the app says This account is suspended. or Uploads are paused on this account., contact support for details. Include the email address of your account.
Privacy and data requests
Section titled “Privacy and data requests”For a copy of your data, use Request a copy of your data in Settings, Privacy, or email [email protected]. See Account and privacy for what Scribewren keeps and how to delete your account.
Policies
Section titled “Policies”Can't find what you need? Contact support, email [email protected], or open Help and then Contact in the app. scribewren.com
